Internet Marketing with Brain Abundance

Step-by-Step Guide to Internet Marketing...

Beginners Marketing Tips:

Step 1: Start a website or blog

Before spending a lot of money on a web domain and hosting packages, I would recommend starting a blog/website at Blogger.com. Not only is Blogger owned by Google, but it also integrates seamlessly with a lot of the important features by Google. Features include use of Google +, Google Analytics, Google Adsense, Google Webmaster Tools, and YouTube.

Other great reasons to use Blogger is that it is FREE, is naturally build for search engine optimization, and will teach you the important fundamentals of how to use Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools which will be a required component of any website.

Marketing Reason: You need to have a central location that you drive all your traffic towards. Saves you on time and money marketing a single location.

Step 2: Create a post on your topic

Marketing Reason: Content is what drives traffic to your blog or website. Pictures, videos or even text based posts will help gain traffic (readers, customers, leads).

Step 3: Share each post to different social media networks

Marketing Reason: This will not only promote your site but get your content in front of more potential readers.

Step 4: Post a small teaser on Craigslist with a link back to your posts

Marketing Reason: Much like sharing your content on social media networks, this also will help signal to Google that your content is relevant and important enough to reference. The more times your link exists on the internet, the more important your post, content, or website appears to be.

Step 5: Repeat Steps 2-5 on a daily to weekly basis

Marketing Reason: Advertise, advertise, and advertise is the name of the game. Your information will eventually be covered under millions of other posts and by consistently promoting your information, the chances are far greater that your information will be seen.
