There is no long term commitment or timeframe in which a Customer or Independent Business Owner (IBO) must purchase products. Customers and Independent Business Owner (IBOs) may cancel their orders at any time for any reason simply by logging into the Brain Abundance website. Commissions can still be earned by Independent Business Owner (IBOs) who do not purchase product by making retail sales.
Brain Abundance maintains a 30 day 100% refund policy. You must cancel your order by email within 30 days of placing that order to be eligible for a refund.
If you are unsatisfied with any product for any reason after the thirty days has expired, you may ship the product back anytime within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the product cost. You will not be reimbursed for the shipping and handling charges.
The same 30 day policy applies to the monthly autoship program. If you choose to have your product sent to you every month, you can cancel your autoship order within 30 days of the most recent charge and receive a refund for that month's order including shipping and handling.
